Chick-fil-A Epps Bridge is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Director to lead hands-on operations and drive excellent food quality in a fast-paced environment.

This role focuses on building high-performance BOH teams, coaching leaders, and ensuring safety and profitability. Ideal candidates have 3+ years kitchen experience, a bachelor's degree, and a passion for Chick-fil-A's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in kitchen operations or leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Open availability including nights and Saturdays.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence across back of house (BOH) to ensure food quality.
• Build and coach high-performance teams for Back of House.
• Lead a team of 50+ with clear vision and accountability for high standards.
• Implement cost-control procedures to improve profitability and lean inventory.
• Maintain food safety and team safety standards in daily operations.
• Collaborate with other department leaders in weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Open availability including nights and Saturdays (football season).
• Mentor and develop kitchen leaders for long-term growth.
