Chick-fil-A Epps Bridge is hiring Kitchen Team Members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. This is a part-time, day-shift role requiring availability at least 3 mornings per week from 5:00am to 8:00am.

You will work in a busy kitchen handling sandwich assembly, breading, frying chicken, prep, dishwashing, and more. You’ll learn through in-house training, grow with a supportive team, and have opportunities for future leadership roles from Team Lead to Director positions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at a fast, yet efficient pace; hustle is a must.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude, coachable and able to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Wash and prep produce such as lettuce and tomatoes.
• Assemble salads, wraps, fruit cups and other tasks as directed by Kitchen Leader.
• Keep stock and shelves organized using First In, First Out.
• Complete in-house training and stay current with changes.
• Growth opportunities toward Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director roles.
