Techo-Bloc is seeking a driven sales professional to own the Naperville and western suburbs territory, strengthening contractor and dealer relationships and accelerating growth in an established Chicagoland market. You will have an established market, brand recognition, and support to make an immediate impact.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B field sales experience in hardscape/building materials a plus.
• Track record of building relationships and growing revenue.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and able to own a territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to be in the field with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory growth strategy.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and partners.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Drive demand through the dealer network.
• Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and events.
• Use CRM and data to manage the pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
