Qualifications

• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills with clear, persuasive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead community and board engagement, building long-term relationships with top clients and partners.
• Advance capital projects by coordinating reports, scheduling site visits, and guiding decisions.
• Promote RowCal services and vendor partnerships to meet community needs.
• Maintain momentum across inspections, meetings, and decision points toward approvals and funding.
• Develop and present board-ready recommendations with clear costs and funding options.
• Support retention and growth through strategic relationship management and cross-selling.
