You will provide leadership, mentor therapists, and act as a clinical resource for branch teams while coordinating with physicians, case managers, and operations. The role requires a IL RT license, 10 years of experience, travel readiness, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with IL license.
• Minimum 10 years of Respiratory Therapy experience; DME experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the Chicago metro area.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• CPR certification and active licensure in practice states.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical support to RTs across the Chicago metro area.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for respiratory equipment and best practices.
• Perform patient assessments and document care accurately.
• Train, coach, and mentor Respiratory Therapists.
• Travel to support branch needs and collaborate with physicians and case managers.
