• Proven experience preparing and negotiating key deal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial sponsors and strategic buyers in M&A transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition and disposition agreements.
• Advise on deal structures and risk management considerations.
• Manage deal processes efficiently and supervise junior associates.
