• 5+ years of private equity experience at a leading AmLaw 100 firm
• Strong M&A transactional experience with high-profile deals
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous legal research to support transaction strategy
• Draft well-written legal documents, memos, contracts and correspondence
• Assist/manage complex PE/M&A transactions from inception to closing while exercising judgment
• Maintain and develop client relationships through regular updates and professional communication
• Collaborate with partners and teams to execute innovative transaction strategies
