Stripe is hiring an in-office Sales Development Representative in Chicago. You will begin in the Sales Development Associate program to accelerate onboarding and build foundational skills, then partner with a senior SDR to drive outreach and pipeline development.

As you progress, you’ll collaborate with senior sellers to close deals and may transition into other sales roles. A fast-paced, revenue-generating environment awaits with ongoing training and mentorship.

Formación

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a hyper-growth environment.
• In-office participation three to four days per week in Chicago.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or related roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact potential customers through cold-calling, email, and social channels, or by responding to inquiries from Marketing activities.
• Book meetings with prospects and pitch Stripe’s products.
• Develop relationships to uncover business needs and qualify interest.
• Create outreach materials in partnership with SDRs and Account Executives.
• Execute outbound sales outreach and leverage strategic messaging for targeted segments.
• Follow-up with prospects and maintain a warm pipeline.
• Update Salesforce and other CRM data to support reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
