Job summary

KI is seeking a District Leader to head the Chicago district from our Inspiration Center in Fulton Market. You will coach, mentor and develop the sales and administrative team, shaping strategic plans to drive performance and market coverage.

The ideal candidate will live in the greater Chicago area with the ability to work on site at the Fulton Market location, leading staff and coordinating with corporate teams to meet budgets and growth goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of sales experience.
2-5 years of sales management experience.
Like industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Mentor and coach staff to enhance personal effectiveness and territory management.
Create monthly coaching plans and quarterly action plans to meet sales goals.
Conduct field visits and support customer call planning.
Deliver ongoing training and skill development for all team members.
Develop and execute the district's annual business plan, including staffing and financial goals.
Identify key accounts and set sales objectives.
Forecast monthly business and manage budgets for samples and direct expenses.
