Job summary

Blue Owl is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Vice President to drive underwriting and investment diligence from our Chicago office. You will build detailed financial models, assess market dynamics, and help execute transactions across buy and sell sides, while supporting ongoing asset and fund management activities.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a track record in real estate or infra valuation.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of transaction-oriented experience in real estate or digital infrastructure.
• Solid knowledge of real estate valuation and capital markets.
• Aptitude for financial modeling, research, and underwriting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent academic background.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed underwriting models and financial analyses with scenarios and sensitivities.
• Prepare materials and memos for Investment Committee, lenders, and investors.
• Support due diligence and execution on buy and sell-side transactions.
• Screen potential investment opportunities and perform market research.
• Assist with ongoing asset and fund management and business development activities.
• Travel for on-site tours and management meetings; manage third-party relationships.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
