Blue Owl is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Associate to support investments and asset management in New York or Chicago. You will develop underwriting models, prepare memos for the Investment Committee, and assist in due diligence and transaction execution.

The role requires 2–4 years of transaction experience in real estate or infrastructure, strong financial modeling, and proficient use of Excel/PowerPoint. Travel and on-site meetings are part of the responsibilities.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of transaction-focused experience in real estate, infrastructure, private equity or related finance.
• Aptitude for financial modeling, research and underwriting.
• strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent academic background.
• Able to present clear, concise conclusions from analysis.

• Develop underwriting models and financial analyses with scenarios and sensitivities.
