Job summary

Flowtec Construction, a Chicago-based design-build contractor with 70+ years in the industry, seeks a Project Executive to lead major design-build projects from planning through delivery. You’ll manage in-house teams, mentor Project Managers, and drive client relationships on high-profile assignments.

The role is based in Downtown Chicago with hybrid work (up to two days remote) and no regular travel, offering executive leadership across complex projects and a path to grow the Chicago operation,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading commercial construction projects at senior level (Project Executive/Director/Senior PM).
• Strong background in design-build delivery and coordinating in-house design and construction teams.
• Proven ability to develop project teams and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across major design-build projects from planning to completion.
• Lead and support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on delivery.
• Coordinate with in-house architecture, design, estimating, and construction teams.
