Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience within retail or the convenience store industry strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multiple retail locations and delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong leadership, coaching, employee development, and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations.
• Drive top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability through effective store management and merchandising execution.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop General Managers and store teams, fostering accountability and a strong leadership pipeline.
• Conduct site visits and audits to evaluate performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, service, and safety across all locations.
• Ensure promotional programs, pricing, signage, and merchandising align with company initiatives.
• Establish expectations, address performance challenges, and collaborate with HR and leadership on development and corrective actions.
• Use financial and operational indicators to improve productivity and profitability.
