Job summary

Energy Recruiters has partnered with a regional convenience retailer in search of an experienced District Operations Manager to oversee all operations and P&L for the assigned stores in Southern IL.

The successful candidate will lead General Managers, drive profitability, and coordinate with ownership, marketing, and leadership to execute product rollouts and store improvements across the territory, while maintaining strong HR oversight and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years managing staff and operations required.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• Initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record.

Energy Recruiters has partnered with a regional, privately-held and family operated convenience retailer in their search for an experienced District Operations Manager. The position would oversee all operations and P&L for each assigned store and report directly into ownership.

Compensation

Base Salary plus Bonus Structure

Responsibilities

Oversee the of assigned stores in designated territory

Oversee all aspects of P&L for assigned stores including overtime, shrinkage, fuel costs and food sales.

Oversee the hiring and retention of General Managers and store employees

Work with senior leadership, ownership, and marketing on new product rollouts and store improvement methods

Handle HR functions for assigned stores.

Requirements
