Job summary

Decision Point in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Campus Ministry Staff member to lead local ministry efforts by building church partnerships, mobilizing volunteers, and equipping students to share the gospel on campuses and in communities.

You will recruit and coach volunteers, disciple student leaders, and expand outreach through the ministry's gospel challenges across the Indianapolis area. Significant travel may be involved.

Compensation & Support

Raising Salary: $49,000-$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Staff participate in fundraising, inviting churches, family, friends, and other supporters to invest in the ministry. Decision Point provides fundraising training, coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support.

• Full-time position, approximately 40+ hours per week.
• Significant local travel throughout the Indianapolis area.
• Regional and occasional national travel for ministry events, training, conferences, and mission trips.
