Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness programs in Temecula. This part-time role offers training, lesson plans, and materials, with instruction for PreK-12 students as assigned.

You will report to a Program Success Manager and must arrive prepared, on time, and ready to engage learners. Qualifications include an AA degree or higher, 2+ years teaching experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• AA Degree (or higher) required.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
• Must commit to the full proposed schedule.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, in‑person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction to PreK‑12 students.
• Prepare for instruction using provided lesson plans, curriculum and materials.
• Teach consistently according to schedule and report to Program Success Manager.
