GIL Foundation Inc. in Cheshire, CT is seeking a dependable Residential Program Operator to manage our community residence. This hands-on leadership role focuses on overseeing program operations, staff supervision, and ensuring services are safe, compliant, and person-centered for residents.

You will work with two assistant managers and DSPs to maintain high-quality care, coordinate schedules, training, and partnerships with families and the community, while meeting state DDS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or related field.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Ability to supervise Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations and community based services.
• Support, supervise, and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners.
• Ensure services are person-centered and promote independence and inclusion.
• Maintain documentation and support compliance with state and agency standards.
