Job summary

Cardinal Health in Portland, OR is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to assist inbound or outbound activities, meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards. The role supports a fast-paced distribution environment with emphasis on accuracy and timely shipments.

Responsibilities include packing, picking, and using WMS; cross-training; and following SOPs while maintaining a safe workspace. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• RF scanner experience highly preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (PIT) preferred.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 feet regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and shipment prep.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control in a safe environment.
