Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storage, and shipment processes. You will fulfill orders, perform quality checks, pack and prepare shipments, and assist with inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

We offer flexible hours (8–29 hrs/week) with a 7:00am start on Wednesdays and schedule-based shifts for rest of the week. Training is provided; prior Cherry Picker experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. Training provided starting your first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cherry Picker experience required.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in English to read and write documents.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred. Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe environment.

FLEX SCHEDULE: Wednesday 7:00am- 3:30pm or until finish Remainder of the week work as many or as few hours as you prefer. You choose based on available shifts. 8-29hrs weekly. What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers. You will receive and fulfill orders so our customers can have the products they need to take care of their patients.

• Cross‑training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
• Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.

Qualifications
