Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Operations role in Groveport, OH to receive, store, and ship products efficiently. You will handle picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applicants with little to no warehouse experience; training is provided. The position includes a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits, with the potential for skill certification in material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
• Follow directions and change priorities as needed
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with basic computer systems a plus
• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Equipment may include order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
