Job summary

Cardinal Health in Portland, OR is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities. The role follows SOPs to process orders, pick, pack, and prepare shipments, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You'll operate equipment, use WMS, rotate through warehouse areas, and work overtime as needed. A high school diploma and RF scanner experience are preferred, with opportunity to join a team that values reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• RF scanner/voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little notice.
• Willingness to learn and rotate areas of the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety PPE requirements and policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Pick items using appropriate equipment and place on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work environment.
• Perform routine tasks and assist with problem resolution.
• Attend associate meetings and report concerns to management.
• Comply with OSHA standards and Cardinal Health policies.
