You will direct unloading, receiving, put‑away, and delivery scheduling, analyze productivity data, coordinate with supervisors on priorities, forecast inbound workload, and communicate with customers about disruptions and delivery estimates to sustain high service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Familiarity with MHE, RF scanners and stock control systems preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit operations.
• Directs floor workflows, unloading, receiving, put-away and scheduling.
• Analyzes data and reports on productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinates with Supervisors to align on priorities and inventory.
• Forecasts inbound workload to plan labor needs.
• Assists in stocking and shipping as needed.
