Job summary

Melaleuca, Inc. is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to operate a Cherry Picker in our Knoxville distribution center. The role involves retrieving items from elevated locations, supporting general warehouse duties, and working a full-time, on-site schedule.

Starting pay is $16.10/hour with reviews at 6 and 18 months, and annual increases. We offer profit sharing after 6 months, a $100 monthly product voucher, comprehensive benefits, and a strong longevity bonus program.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cherry pickers or similar equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Move and stage items, maintain inventory accuracy with RF scanners.
• Load/unload trailers and manage storage locations per FIFO.
