Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company in Knoxville is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to operate a Cherry Picker in our distribution center. Training is provided; prior cherry picker or forklift experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $16.10/hour plus a $2 shift differential.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with peak days ending around 1:30am. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Melaleuca forklift operator certification program.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills across all levels within organization.
• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers.
• Maintain accurate inventory via handheld RF scanners and report discrepancies.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and stage materials.
• Maintain FIFO and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients and other materials.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and compliant with GMP and safety guidelines.
