Job summary

Melaleuca is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to operate a Cherry Picker in our distribution center. Prior experience with cherry pickers or similar equipment is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $16.10/hour with performance reviews at 6, 18 months, then annually.

The role is full-time with a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (4:30 am - 3:00 pm) and a $2 differential. We offer profit sharing, a $100 product voucher monthly, comprehensive benefits, and a safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate various warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers.
• Store, maintain, stage and transfer ingredients, components, finished goods and supplies with accurate inventory using handheld RF scanners and report discrepancies.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and stage appropriately in receiving area.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients and other materials with management.
• Maintain warehouse areas in accordance with GMP cleanliness and safety guidelines.
• Pass forklift operator certification program.
• Lift at least 50 lbs regularly and maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.
