Job summary

Melaleuca seeks a reliable warehouse associate to operate picker equipment in our climate-controlled distribution center in Knoxville, TN. Prior experience with cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or stretch wrappers is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Starting pay is $16.10/hour with regular performance reviews and a full-time schedule. Responsibilities include moving ingredients and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory via RF scanners,

Qualifications

• Must pass forklift certification program.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly during shift.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow established procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines including cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and stretch wrappers.
• Store, maintain, stage and transfer ingredients, components, finished goods and supplies with RF scanners and report discrepancies.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers and stage appropriately in receiving area.
• Maintain proper FIFO and coordinate disposal of expired ingredients and other materials with management.
