Job summary

Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced Admix Tech to ensure safe, accurate chemotherapy admixture and timely preparation under supervision. You will join a team of pharmacists and nurses delivering life-changing cancer care.

Minimum 3–5 years of IV pharmacy experience and a High School diploma are required; IV certification is preferred and a Certified Pharmacy Technician credential is recommended. RMCC offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years pharmacy IV experience.
• IV certification preferred; Certified Pharmacy Technician recommended.
• State Pharmacy Board requirements or certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepares medication orders by compounding or admixing under supervision.
• Checks orders for completeness of information and insurance approval.
• Verifies patient information and proper physician authorization.
• Maintains drug information, MSDS sheets and temperature logs.
• Performs data entry and handles billing and inventory control.
• Ensures proper disposal and maintains hood cleanliness per policy.
