Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA in technical field preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing processes or materials preferred; lean training a plus.
• Experience with parts cleaning and coating technologies desired.
• Kaizen/Lean training is a major plus.
• High-Tech or semiconductor exposure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Perform additional processes such as masking, coating, drying, and related tasks as needed.
• Follow SOPs and Lean manufacturing practices; maintain safety and housekeeping.
• Complete training on assigned processes and maintain organized work area.
• Attend safety meetings and training; handle hazardous chemicals safely.
• Maintain high safety and environmental awareness and report progress on task goals.
• Seek to advance skills and learn new processes.
