Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Fremont, CA is seeking a Technician I to operate in our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC) and process tool chamber parts using chemical and manual cleaning in a cleanroom environment. Safety and SOP adherence are essential, with opportunities to learn and grow in a high-tech setting.

The role requires good communication, attention to detail, and flexibility in scheduling; prior lean/kaizen training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• AA degree or some college preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies desired.
• Kaizen or Lean training is a major plus.
• Quality Assurance experience.
• High-Tech or Semiconductor experience.

Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Follow SOPs and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Receive, inspect, and ship parts as needed.
• Maintain organization of process area.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and training programs.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely.
• Record SPC measurements and log data.
