Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Chemline Technician III to perform advanced chemical processing, cleaning, coating, etching, and surface treatment of semiconductor chamber components. You will operate chemline equipment, monitor chemistries, collect SPC data, and document processes to ensure high-purity standards in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in manufacturing or chemical processing, familiarity with hazardous chemicals, and strong attention to safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, chemical processing, semiconductor, coating, surface treatment, contamination control, or related technical experience required.
• Experience operating chemical process equipment and handling hazardous chemicals preferred.
• Experience with SPC measurements, process control, and production documentation preferred.
• Semiconductor chamber cleaning, coating, refurbishment, or cleanroom experience strongly preferred.
• Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced chemical cleaning, stripping, etching, coating, and surface treatment on semiconductor chamber components.
• Operate chemline equipment per SOPs and process specs.
• Maintain chemical bath parameters and tank chemistries per validated requirements.
• Conduct inspection, packaging, and shipment prep as needed.
• Collect SPC measurements and document data.
• Verify travelers, work orders, and process records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot process, chemistry, equipment, and quality issues; coordinate corrective actions.
