Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‑year educational institution (required).
• State certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in a K‑12 classroom is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments.
• Deliver content and grade level curriculum and materials.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Track progress and adjust lesson plans to meet student needs.
• Communicate students’ progress with families weekly.
• Facilitate technology as an educational tool to boost achievement.
• Maintain a consistent behavior management system aligned to campus initiatives.
• Help shape school culture and foster a productive learning environment.
• Build trust with students and families, and support tutoring needs.
• Participate in weekly manager check-ins and meetings.
