Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences and an ASCP-BOC certification, with at least two years of lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences required.
• ASCP-BOC certification required (MLT/MT/MLA/Histologists).
• Lab experience of 2 years required.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived testing under supervision.
• Supervise/test operations and oversee staff as general supervisor.
• Manage quality control review, training, and competency assessment.
• Handle inventory and reporting of tests and results.
• Ensure tests are authorized by the laboratory director and follow SOPs.
