Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field required.
• ASCP-BOC certification required.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience required.
• Knowledge of CLIA testing procedures and QC practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived testing per SOPs and CLIA requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and quality control documentation.
• Supervise and assist under supervision of Laboratory Manager/ Supervisors as needed.
• Communicate results to clinicians and ensure accuracy of reporting.
