Job summary

onepot is automating chemistry. We seek a machine learning researcher to join our tightly knit, ambitious team and help train the next generation of chemistry models.

You will work across data collection, model training, and deployment in experimental workflows, collaborating with ML researchers, chemists, and hardware engineers in our South San Francisco lab. This is a hands-on role with ownership from data to production.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required, ideal candidates have a deeply quantitative background and experience training ML models.

Responsibilities

• Train the next generation of chemistry models and enable synthesis of previously inaccessible molecules.
• Work across the full modeling stack: data acquisition, training, and deployment in experimental workflows.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for training a diverse set of models, including data pipelines and system tasks such as parallelism strategies and quantization.
