• PhD-level depth in analytical chemistry or related field.
• Track record of solving unknowns with orthogonal evidence.
• Experience scaling analytical capabilities from need to routine operation.

Responsibilities

• Own analytical data quality end to end—methods, interpretation standards, pipelines.
• Address interpretation problems automation cannot yet handle; use orthogonal evidence when needed.
• Develop rules, scripts, or models so standards run at platform scale.
• Collaborate with ML team and AI agents to push interpretation into software.
