Chemify Ltd seeks a Senior / Staff Machine Learning Scientist to work across generative chemistry, vision, search, and agentic workflows within our robotic platform. You will partner with chemists, CADD scientists, software and hardware engineers to push AI/ML capabilities forward.

You will influence technical direction, mentor teammates, and bridge design to physical experimentation, enabling rapid synthesis and discovery across chemistry, robotics and materials design.

Qualificações

• PhD or equivalent hands-on experience in ML with 5+ years for Senior or 8+ years for Staff.
• Experience with deep learning stacks and multiple ML paradigms.
• Experience moving ML from prototype to production.

Responsabilidades

• Develop generative chemistry models for molecular design.
• Advance retrosynthesis and synthesis-aware ML using reaction data and robot data.
• Apply computer vision to translate robot telemetry into state estimates.
• Prototype agentic workflows that orchestrate models, tools and platform.
• Productionise models with API-first tooling, collaborate on GPU training and HPC.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to hiring and strategy.
• Set technical direction across AI/ML components and cross-disciplinary integration.
