Zusammenfassung

onepot is advancing chemistry with AI and robotics. You will help train cutting-edge chemistry models, partnering with lab staff to collect data, train models of varying shapes, and deploy them into experimental workflows.

In this role you will build infrastructure for training diverse models, including data pipelines and parallelism/quantization tasks, to achieve superhuman chemistry intuition and capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Strong fundamentals in machine learning and empirical/experimental ML.
• Experience developing novel model training techniques or handling new datasets.
• Experience in startup/research environments with ownership under resource constraints.

Aufgaben

• Train the next generation of chemistry models and enable synthesis of previously inaccessible molecules.
• Work across the full modeling stack: data acquisition, model training, and deployment in experimental workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, training infrastructure, and system tasks such as parallelism and quantization.
