Waters Corporation is seeking a dynamic Chemistry Marketing Manager (CMM) to drive growth across the Americas region. This high-visibility role combines technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strategic marketing to support revenue growth and business development initiatives.

The CMM partners with field sales to identify markets, opportunities, and customer needs, delivering integrated workflow solutions featuring Waters chemistry products, instrumentation, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with chromatography applications.
• Experience with Waters technologies is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pharmaceutical chemistry business plans in partnership with field sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional sales organizations to launch new products and develop tactical plans that increase market penetration.
• Work cross-functionally with Waters marketing and sales teams to deliver comprehensive customer workflow solutions.
• Travel up to 35% overnight throughout the Americas to support business objectives.
