Waters Corporation is seeking a dynamic Chemistry Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Americas. This hands-on field marketing role partners with sales and product teams to identify markets, develop strategies, and deliver integrated workflow solutions featuring Waters chemistry products and services.

The CMM will coach and mentor Account Managers and Territory Experts, execute regional programs, and support revenue objectives. Up to 35% travel across the Americas may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• At least 5 years in pharma/biopharma or related science industry.
• 5 years experience with chromatography applications; Waters technologies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional pharmaceutical chemistry business plans with field teams.
• Collaborate with regional sales to launch products and drive market penetration.
• Work with Waters teams to deliver customer workflow solutions.
• Lead marketing initiatives and events supporting objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations and customer education programs.
• Create sales enablement materials with segment teams.
• Represent Waters at conferences and customer events.
• Travel up to 35% within the Americas.
