Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical/biopharma or related industry.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on chromatography experience; Waters tools preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business plans with measurable results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pharma chemistry business plans with field sales.
• Collaborate with regional sales to launch products and grow market share.
• Work with Waters teams to deliver full workflow solutions across products and services.
• Support regional marketing initiatives and events aligned with corporate goals.

• Create marketing collateral and enablement materials with segment teams.
• Represent Waters at conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Achieve annual revenue targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive regional field marketing programs for demand generation.
• Develop and deliver product, application, and sales training.
• Travel up to 35% across the Americas.
