Waters Corporation is seeking a dynamic Principal Chemistry Market Development Manager to drive growth across the Americas with a strong emphasis on chromatography and Waters technologies. You will partner with field sales to shape market strategies, deliver integrated workflows, and mentor regional account teams.

This hands-on leadership role requires cross-functional collaboration, strategic marketing, and travel across the Americas to achieve annual revenue targets and business objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or related scientific industry.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on chromatography experience; Waters technologies preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing business plans with measurable results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional influence.
• Self-motivated with ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Positive attitude, work ethic, and commitment to business objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships while upholding Waters values.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute pharmaceutical chemistry business plans with field sales teams to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional sales to launch products, implement sales strategies, and grow market penetration.
• Work with Waters teams to deliver customer workflow solutions using chemistry, instrumentation, and services.
• Support regional marketing initiatives and events aligning with corporate objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and customer education programs.
• Create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials with product teams.
• Represent Waters at conferences, trade shows, and customer events to strengthen market presence.
• Travel up to 35% overnight across the Americas as needed.
