• Shift: Days primarily

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of phlebotomy procedures, including specialized collections, ensuring rapid and accurate results.
• Supervise technologists, technicians, laboratory assistants, and phlebotomists, including workload management, training, technical problem resolution, staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
• Order supplies, maintain and review collection equipment and technology, and track workload data.
• Communicate effectively with other shift supervisors to ensure skill and technical expertise across all shifts.

Requirements
