• Current certification in MLS/MT/MLT or eligible within 9 months of hire.
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems and beaker-based platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead department operations, ensuring quality control and maintenance schedules.
• Manage instrument inventory, reagents, supplies, and budget considerations.
• Coordinate training, staff development, and proficiency testing activities.
• Evaluate testing platforms and work with leadership on improvements and compliance.
• Ensure CAP and regulatory standards are met and maintain documentation.
• Communicate updates clearly to staff and hospital leadership; supervise section staff.
