Baylor Scott & White Health Lakeway Lab is seeking a Chemistry Lead Tech with MLS or Chemistry specialty to supervise and perform laboratory tests in a fast-paced environment. The role includes instrument maintenance, quality control, and collaboration with other departments on complex projects.

Qualified candidates bring 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory and knowledge of Roche analyzers. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with shift coverage

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Certifications: ASCP or equivalent certification requirements listed.

Mansioni

• Performs laboratory tests in compliance with department procedures and all pertinent regulatory requirements.
• Assists with supervising laboratory operations and problem resolution, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintains inventory and ensures effective communication with laboratory staff and external customers.
