Job Overview:

Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining quality control, troubleshooting instrumentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as CAP, CLIA, and TJC.

The Supervisor collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment, oversees inventory and budgeting, and implements new methodologies and technologies. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for this role.
