PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Batchmaker in Maple Shade, NJ to blend pigments, resins, and additives per batch instructions. Full-time, direct hire with pay of $21–$23/hr for 1st shift (5am–2pm) or 2nd shift (2pm–10:30pm).

Responsibilities include staging materials, maintaining batch area cleanliness, communicating low material levels to supervision, and optimizing mixer usage while ensuring safety with inorganic powders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of production/batchmaker experience recommended.
• Chemistry knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare raw materials for production batches.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of batch area and proper storage.
• Monitor low material levels and notify supervisor.
• Understand batch process flows and optimize mixer usage.
• Report spills, leaks, equipment issues, safety hazards promptly.
• Follow safety precautions for handling pigments and powders.
