PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Process Technician in Maple Shade, NJ for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:30 PM). This full-time, direct-hire position pays $20–$23 per hour and offers growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

The role involves preparing materials, maintaining clean work areas, coordinating with QA, and operating packaging equipment with a safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; combination with experience possible.
• At least 2 years related experience; 1 year as production batch maker.
• Preference for college-level chemistry coursework.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare all raw materials for production batches.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness in batch making and packaging areas; promote safety.
• Communicate low raw material levels to supervision.
• Develop knowledge of batch making and packaging processes.
• Maintain good relations with Quality Control.
• Capably structure batch processes and optimize line switchover needs.
• Report spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards to Production Supervisor.
• Make batches and operate packaging equipment; use scanner and basic computer operations.
• Downtime: assist on assigned line or train on other lines.
• Assist in hazardous waste handling under supervision.
