Job summary

Custom Building Products in Logan Township, NJ is seeking a Batch Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will be at the first step of the quality process, blending products timely and accurately to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will operate mixers and related equipment, weigh ingredients, and maintain accurate production records. This role offers a shift with a $1.00/hr premium and opportunities for overtime and advancement within the

Qualifications

• Batch blending and quality control experience required or training available.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions.
• Experience operating automated production equipment.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Must follow OSHA PPE and respirator requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas and production instructions precisely to ensure product quality
• Weigh, measure, and load ingredients into mixers; coordinate with Quality Control
• Operate mixing and blending equipment for cement, grout, mastic, and cleaning products
• Maintain production records, logs, and shift handoff documentation
• Assist with packaging and material handling to support production flow
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; report unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
