Job summary

Pace Analytical seeks a dedicated chemist/biochemist to oversee standard policies and perform essential analyses using established instrumentation. You will review results, provide guidance on best practices, and help drive cross-functional projects with budgets and timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in chemistry/biochemistry or related field, familiarity with testing tools, calibration, and strong written and oral communication skills to support staff and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry/biochemistry or closely related field.
• Fundamental principles and methods of chemistry/biochemistry.
• Understanding of testing tools, instruments and calibration.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations related to chemistry/biochemistry.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis with standard analytical instrumentation following SOPs.
• Review and document testing results and related materials.
• Advise staff and management on chemistry/biochemistry policies and practices.
• Develop and participate in chemistry/biochemistry projects with budgets and timelines.
• Calibrate equipment, prepare samples, and maintain work areas.
