Job summary

Thinklance LLP is seeking a committed chemistry intern to support lab operations under a chemist mentor. You will assist with project tasks, perform daily lab activities, and present a project to Site Leadership at the internship's end.

You will report progress to your mentor and ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and quality guidelines. Ideal candidates are BS Chemistry majors (junior/senior by Spring 2025) with a 3.0+ GPA, US work authorization, and strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Full-time college student by Spring 2025 in BS Chemistry
• GPA 3.0+ required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proficient with Internet, Email, and MS Office
• Knowledge of basic principles in chemical plant manufacturing and analyses
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Able to analyze complex information and draw conclusions
• Able to solve problems and identify resources
• Able to build cross-functional relationships
• Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in assigned lab areas under a Chemist mentor
• Support chemists with project assignments and daily lab operations
• Present a project to Site Leadership Team at internship end
• Provide status updates on projects to mentor or engineer
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, health, environmental, quality requirements
• Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds
• Assist others to achieve company goals per supervisor instructions
• Participate in EHS initiatives and complete required training
